From both CEOs

Jeff Seibert, Founder and CEO of Digits

"Running every entity in one place is the first step. The next is reporting on them as one business. Digits keeps every entity’s books current as activity comes in, and Reach Reporting helps finance teams report across them as one business, with consolidated financial statements, eliminations, and drill-down to any single entity.”

Jeff Seibert, Founder + CEO, Digits

Justin Hatch, CEO of Reach Reporting

“With Digits and Reach together, a client gets one picture of the business. Powerful dashboards and sophisticated reporting from Reach pair brilliantly with AI-native accounting from Digits.”

Justin Hatch, CEO, Reach Reporting

How do I get started?

Connect each Digits entity to Reach, then build one consolidation. It updates as the books change in Digits. See the Consolidations feature page or the June Reach + Digits announcement.

Digits multi‑entity consolidation FAQs

Does Reach Reporting work with Digits multi-entity?

Yes. Connect each Digits entity to Reach, then combine them into one consolidation for group-level reporting.

Does Reach match accounts across Digits entities automatically?

Yes. Reach matches same-name and same-category accounts across every entity automatically, so the consolidation starts clean without a mapping spreadsheet.

What syncs from Digits to Reach?

Reach syncs the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for each Digits entity, and keeps them updated as the books change in Digits.

How do intercompany eliminations work in Reach?

You mark your intercompany accounts for elimination, and Reach zeroes them out of the consolidated view. Use dedicated intercompany accounts that fully offset across entities.

Can I see a single entity inside the consolidation?

Yes. Drill down from any consolidated total to the individual entity behind it, and each company keeps its own reports.

Do I have to rebuild the consolidation every month?

No. Set it up once. The consolidated numbers update as the entity books change, and you can add or remove entities without rebuilding reports.
